1. Production / Delivery Time:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of all orders, unless it is a special
order.
If stock is on hand, delivery may be made in as little as 4-6 days
from receipt of order.
2. Orders:
All orders must be made by item number. At this time there is no minimum
order.
All initial orders are sent out C.O.D. or charged to credit card, MasterCard,
Visa, or Discover.

3. Product Uniqueness:
Since each product is hand made, dimensions and capacities are approximations
of the actual product produced.
Hand blown glassware, as part of its uniqueness and charm, typically
contains slight imperfections, which have no functional impact.
4. Recommended Uses:
Due to the nature of hand-blown glassware, it is heat treated, but
not heat tempered.
It is designed to accommodate only cold or room temperature beverages.
We do not recommend it for use with hot beverages such as coffee, hot
tea, espresso, etc.
The glassware is fully commercial dishwasher safe and will withstand
cleaning.
We highly recommend letting glassware cool to room temperature before
use.
Due to the nature of the metals and craftsmanship used for the various
stands,
we recommend that they are hand wiped, when they need cleaning and
not sent through a commercial dishwasher.
5. Returns:
Returns must have prior written authorization from Creativeware.
All merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee including outgoing and
incoming freight.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of original shipment.
If you receive any broken glassware please call us immediately.
Any claims must be made within 24 hour upon receipt, unless otherwise
specified.
